Lewis County resident arrested, charged again only hours after domestic dispute complaint, Troopers say

FINE- A local North Country area resident is accused of various charges in St. Lawrence County.

According to the New York State Police (Star Lake), Jesse E. Silsby, 42, of Harrisville, NY was arrested and charged on Sunday night with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful imprisonment in the second-degree, criminal mischief in the fourth-degree (preventing call to emergency authorities), aggravated DWI and DWI.

Troopers say these charges all stem from a domestic dispute report in the town of Fine on Sunday evening.

However, during the early hours on Monday, the State Police arrested Silsby, again, and charged him with misdemeanor criminal contempt in the second-degree (disobeying court order) in the town of Fine.

At press time, police said that an investigation was pending.

There were no further details provided.
