Lewis County resident charged with violating New York's Alcoholic Beverage Control Law in Lowville, according to State Police

LOWVILLE- A local resident in Lewis County is accused of violating the state’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Law, according to authorities.

Julie A. Speranza, 45, of Lowville, NY was arrested Tuesday morning by the New York State Police (Lowville). Speranza is formally charged with one misdemeanor count each of prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage and unlawfully dealing with a child in the first-degree.

Troopers say these charges were issued in the wake of an ABC Law complaint, which was filed last Saturday in the town of Lowville.

At press time, Speranza was issued with an appearance ticket.
