LOWVILLE- Local health experts want to know what Lewis County residents think for when it comes to health in the community as a whole.
To help gauge this, Lewis County Public Health has organized a new survey and county residents are highly encouraged to take part. The survey addresses topics, including community health, access to care, food security & healthy eating, physical activity, mental & emotional health, chronic conditions, disability, caregiving, and COVID-19.
The survey takes about 7-10 minutes, and can be completed on any mobile device, desktop, or laptop computer.
