Lewis County Sheriff's Office mourns loss of retired K-9 Wyman

LOWVILLE- The Lewis County Sheriff's Office is mourning the loss of their former K-9 Wyman.

K-9 Wyman was the first ever to serve for the Lewis County Sheriff's Office. Officials say K-9 Wyman was a great asset to the department.

"Our deepest condolences to his handler, Sgt Paczkowski and his family during this difficult time," the Sheriff's Office said in a released statement.  

K-9 Wyman has been retired from the Sheriff's Office and passed away Friday.
