Lewis County Sheriffs Road Patrol endorses Carpinelli for re-election

LOWVILLE- Lewis County Sheriffs Road Patrol Unit is announcing their endorsement for Mike Carpinelli and his re-election efforts.

The endorsement was voted on unanimously 25-0. The unit consists of numerous employees, all representing different aspects of law enforcement, including school resource officers, investigators, road deputies and more.

With the June Primary Election now only a month away, Sheriff Carpinelli has a challenger this time around – Nichole Turck – a retired New York State Trooper.

She has achieved endorsement from the Conservative Party and most recently from the Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence Counties Central Trades and Labor Council.

This year’s summer primary election will take place Tuesday, June 27.
