Local man accused of criminal trespass in town of Western, Troopers say

WESTERN- A local man is charged stemming from complaints of a domestic incident over the weekend in Oneida County, authorities say.

Bruce W. Davis, 29, of Westernville, NY was arrested Sunday evening by the New York State Police (Lee). He is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal trespass in the second-degree.

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from reports of a family offense case Sunday late afternoon in the town of Western.

At press time, police said Davis was released on his own recognizance.

There were no further details provided to report.
