FORESTPORT- A man from Oneida County is faced with various accusations in the wake of a Forestport, NY domestic dispute last week, authorities say.
Brandon J. Horstman, 30, of Remsen, NY was arrested Sunday morning by the New York State Police (Remsen). He is officially charged with one felony count each of criminal contempt in the first-degree and aggravated family offense.
He was also charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief (intent to damage property).
According to Troopers, the arrest stems from complaints of a town of Forestport domestic incident last Thursday evening.
At press time, police said Horstman was held.
Furthermore, an investigation was pending (with evidence) as of this report.
