Local resident accused of intoxicated driving in town of Lee: NYSP

LEE- A local resident is accused of intoxicated driving in Oneida County, authorities say.

David M. Deming, 68, of Westernville, NY was arrested late Tuesday night by the New York State Police (Lee). Deming is formally charged with one count each of DWI (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC or greater).

According to Troopers, the charges were filed in the town of Lee. At press time, police said an investigation was pending.

Deming was released to a third-party and there were no further details provided.
