OLD FORGE- A local resident from the Western Adirondacks is accused of intoxicated driving, authorities say.

Jacqueline F. Holmes, 62, of Old Forge, NY was arrested last Thursday night by the Town of Webb Police. Holmes was formally charged with one count each of DWI, DWI (BAC > .08) and no tail lamps.

According to officials, Holmes was stopped by patrols after she was witnessed heading south, without any tail lamps activated, on State Route 28 in Old Forge, NY.

Investigation suggested that Holmes registered a .14% BAC, police said.

Holmes was processed and released with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
