Local resident arrested for felony DWI in Boonville

BOONVILLE- A local resident is accused of felony intoxicated driving in Northern Oneida County, authorities say.

Jennifer L. Potter, 44, of Boonville, NY was arrested Wednesday evening by the New York State Police (Remsen). Potter is formally charged with one felony count of aggravated DWI and DWI (previous conviction within ten-years).

According to Troopers, these charges were filed in the town of Boonville. At press time, police said an investigation was pending.

Potter was released to a third-party and there were no further details to report.
