NYSP: Herkimer County resident charged with menacing

NORWAY- A local resident is faced with a menacing accusation in Herkimer County, authorities say.

Harry W. Snow, 38, of Cold Brook, NY was arrested Wednesday night by the New York State Police (Herkimer). Snow is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of menacing in the second-degree (w/a weapon).

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from a menacing complaint filed in the town of Norway.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending and Snow’s arrest status was listed as held.

There were no further details provided to report.
