Local resident charged for alleged unlicensed operation in Oneida County: NYSP

TRENTON- A local resident from Oneida County is accused of unlicensed operation.

Randall L. Owens, 31, of Remsen, NY was arrested and charged on Wednesday morning by the New York State Police (Remsen) for one count each of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third-degree and a suspended registration.

Troopers say the arrest occurred shortly before 10:30 a.m. in the town of Trenton.

At press time, police said that Owens was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
