Local resident charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in Jefferson County: NYSP

CHAMPION- A local resident is accused of unlicensed operation in the North Country, authorities are reporting.

Lindsey B. Bertram, 33, of Carthage, NY was arrested Monday morning by the New York State Police (Carthage). Bertram is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree.

According to Troopers, the charge was filed in the town of Champion, Jefferson County.

At press time, police said an investigation was still pending.

An arrest status for Bertram was not provided and there were no additional details to report.
