Local resident charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in Turin, Troopers say

TURIN- A local resident is accused of unlicensed operation in Southern Lewis County, authorities say.

Melissa A. Williams, 37, of Constableville, NY was arrested late Thursday night by the New York State Police (Lowville). Williams is formally charged with one count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree.

According to Troopers, the arrest was made in the town of Turin. At press time, police said that Williams was released.

There were no further details available to report.
