Local resident charged with DWI in Newport: TROOPERS

NEWPORT- A local resident is accused of DWI in Herkimer County.

Izayah Joseph Przelski, 21, of Newport, NY was arrested late Friday night by the New York State Police (Herkimer) for one count each of DWI (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC or greater).

According to Troopers, these charges were filed late Friday night in the town of Newport.

At press time, police said that Przelski was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
