Four vehicle wreck in Oneida County results in DWI arrest: NYSP

WESTERN- A wreck involving four separate vehicles resulted in a DWI arrest Sunday evening in Oneida County.

It happened shortly after 7:00 p.m. on the Elmer Hill Road, town of Western.

According to the New York State Police (Lee), Pamela Ball Holpp, 69, of Rome, NY was formally charged for one count each of DWI (first offense) and operation of a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC of greater).

Troopers said there were no injuries reported and accident details were not specified in the initial reports.

At press time, police said that Holpp was released to a third-party.
