
MARSHALL- A local resident is facing charges in the wake of an alleged domestic incident over the weekend in Oneida County.
Katie Phillips, 28, of Barneveld, NY was arrested by the Sheriff's Office on Sunday. Phillips is formally charged with one felony count of criminal contempt in the first degree, along with a misdemeanor count of stalking in the fourth degree and two violations of harassment in the second degree.
The reported domestic incident took place in the town of Marshall, Deputies said.
Specifically, police said the incident took place between the dates of February 28 through March 3, 2024.
Phillips was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing.
Phillips was then held at the Oneida County Jail to be arraigned in CAP Court on March 4.
