Sheriff's Office warns of numerous storage break-ins throughout Lewis County

LOWVILLE- The Sheriff's Office is warning residents of numerous storage unit break-ins recently throughout Lewis County.

If you have a storage unit within the county, officials encourage to check on it at your nearest convenience.

"Locks are being reported as being removed and/or replaced with new locks," the Sheriff's Office warned in a released statement to social media.

If you notice anything out of the ordinary with your unit, please call the Sheriff's Office in Lowville, NY and report it at 315-376-3511.
