Local Resident Facing an ABC Violation Charge in Lowville

VILLAGE OF LOWVILLE-A 38 year old local resident was arrested following a July of 2025 complaint about an A.B.C. Law Violation. Aleea J. Ortlieb was arrested early Sunday morning in the Village of Lowville and charged with one count of Unlawful Dealing with a Child in the First Degree-Alcohol, a Class A misdemeanor. Ortlieb was given an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Martinsburg Court at a later date. The arrest was listed as “investigation pending” as of press time.
