Local resident from Oneida County charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, suspended registration

WESTERN- A local resident from Oneida County is accused of a pair of DMV suspension and unlicensed operation related charges.

On Tuesday afternoon, the New York State Police (Lee) arrested and charged David Agostino Vivenzio, 61, of Westernville, NY with one count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree and having a suspended registration.

According to Troopers, these charges were filed in the town of Western.

At press time, police said that Vivenzio was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
