WEBB- A one vehicle roll-over wreck last weekend in the Western Adirondacks has resulted in a DWI charge and other offenses against a local woman, authorities say.

Erin E. Eggleston, 40, of Old Forge, NY was arrested Sunday night by the Town of Webb Police. She is formally charged with DWI, refusal to submit a breath test, speeds not reasonable and/or prudent and moving from a lane unsafely.

According to Chief of Police Ron Johnston, emergency responders were dispatched shortly after 9:00 p.m. Sunday to a one vehicle roll-over wreck on State Route 28, near the upper end of Hollywood Road in the town of Webb.

Upon arrival, police determined that Eggleston, the alleged driver, appeared intoxicated.

She was processed at the Town of Webb Police Station and released on appearance tickets. All charges are returnable to Webb Town Court at a later date.

Members from Old Forge Fire and Ambulance and the New York State Police assisted on scene.
