Lowville Man Accused of Driving While Impaired by Drugs
TOWN OF LOWVILLE-A 69 year old Lowville man is accused of D.W.I. following a Friday evening traffic stop in the Town of Lowville. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Rory G. Barzee with one count of Driving while Impaired by Drugs in the 1st Degree, a Class U misdemeanor. Barzee was released to a third party and will answer the charge in the Town of Lowville Court at a later date. The incident was pending investigation as of press time according to State Police.
