Lowville Man Accused of Identity Theft
TOWN OF LOWVILLE-A 32 year old Lowville man is facing a felony identity theft charge following a Friday arrest in the Town of Lowville. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged David R. Nisley with one count of Identity Theft in the 1st degree-Causing Loss: a Class D felony. Nisley was released on his own recognizance and will answer the charge in the Town of Lowville Court at a later date.
