Lowville man accused of intoxicated driving, Troopers say

LEWIS COUNTY- A North Country man is accused intoxicated driving, authorities say.

Stephen J. Davoy, 67, of Lowville, NY was arrested last Tuesday by the New York State Police (Lowville). He is officially charged with one count each of DWI (first-offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC).

The arrest took place shortly after 11:30 p.m., Troopers said.

At press time, police said Davoy was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
