Lowville Man Arrested for D.W.I. stemming from an Incident that occurred in July
TOWN OF NEW BREMEN-A 32 year old Lowville man is facing a D.W.I. charge stemming from an incident that occurred July 8th of this year in the Town of New Bremen. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Derek G. Halko with one count of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense; a class U misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of New Bremen Court.
