Oneida Co. Woman Facing Felony Weapon and a Menacing Charge following Alleged Domestic

TOWN OF LEE-Oneida County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a residence on Point Rock Rd in the Town of Lee early Monday morning for a domestic dispute where it was reported that a shotgun was used to menace the victim, according to Sheriff Robert M. Maciol. Following an investigation by patrol deputies and the criminal investigation unit, Lisa A. Tanner was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the third degree, a class D Felony and menacing in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor. Tanner was processed at the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office and transported to the Oneida County Jail to await centralized arraignment.
