Lowville Man arrested on alleged Child Abuse charge

TOWN OF LOWVILLE-A 50 year old Lowville man was arrested Saturday evening following an alleged domestic dispute in the Town of Lowville. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Brad J. Bourcy with one count of Acting in a Manner Injurious to a Child less than 17, a Class A misdemeanor. Bourcy was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Lowville Court at a later date. The incident was pending investigation as of press time.
