LOWVILLE- A property damage wreck late Saturday night resulted in a DWI arrest.

Village Police say the incident occurred on Trinity Avenue Ext. An investigation resulted in the arrest of Aspen Dryke, 22, of Carthage, NY.

Police say Dryke failed to negotiate a curve and became stuck in the snow after going off from the roadway and across someone’s front lawn.

After failing field sobriety tests, which were administered on scene, Dryke was taken in to the Public Safety Building for processing and registered a .18% BAC.

Dryke was charged with aggravated DWI and DWI. Dryke was released on appearance tickets, with charges returnable to Lowville Town Court at a later date.
