Lowville Police Charge Castorland Man After Finding Stolen Pellet Gun In Vehicle

Lowville, June 13: A 22 year old Castorland man was arrested earlier today (June 13) by the Lowville Village Police Department regarding a case of stolen property.

Brian K. Moser Jr. was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th degree. Police received a report of a possible stolen pellet rifle that was located in the back of a vehicle at Kraft. Investigations revealed that Brian Moser Jr. was the alleged operator of the vehicle.

He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Lowville Court at a later date. No further details were released.
