Westernville Man Arrested Stemming From Custodial Interference

Town of Western, June 12: A 33 year old Westernville man was arrested by the New York State Police yesterday afternoon (June 12, at 3:57pm) regarding a reported domestic/custodial-interference case.

State Troopers from the Lee Barracks report that Nicholas D. Martin was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree (Disobeying a Court Order), a class A Misdemeanor. The arrest stems from an alleged incident in the Town of Western, reported to police on June 12, at 2:14pm.

His arrest status was listed as “held”. No further details were released.
