LOWVILLE- A domestic incident this week in the village has resulted in the arrest of a local resident.
On Thursday, Lowville Police arrested and charged Nicholas Stouch, 32, for three counts of endangering the welfare of a child; one count of criminal mischief (w/intent to damage property) and a separate criminal mischief count (preventing call to 9-1-1).
In addition, Stouch was also charged for violating probation.
These charges all stem from a police response to a physical domestic incident, where Stouch was involved in such incident with a female victim, police said.
