LOWVILLE- A domestic incident has resulted in the arrest of a village man for allegedly sending a threatening text message.

Nicholas J. Stouch, 31, of Lowville, NY was charged by the village police last Thursday with one count of aggravated harassment in the second-degree. 

Police officials say the arrest stems from complaints of a domestic incident. A street address was not provided. 

Officers allege that Stouch texted a threatening message to a female victim.

At press time, authorities said that Stouch was issued with an appearance ticket. There were no further details provided.
