Lowville Police: Village woman charged for allegedly making threatening posts on social media

LOWVILLE- A village woman is accused of publishing threatening posts on social media, authorities say.

Tierra M. Roggie, 24, of Lowville, NY was arrested Thursday by the Village Police Department. She is formally charged with one count of aggravated harassment in the second-degree, according to Police Chief Daryl Ortlieb.

Police allege that Roggie made threatening posts towards a second party on social media. 

At press time, police said that she was released with an appearance ticket, returnable to Town of Lowville Court at a later date.
