Lowville Resident Accused of Felony D.W.I.

VILLAGE OF LOWVILLE-A 37 year old Lowville resident is facing felony D.W.I. charges following a Friday night vehicle stop in the Village of Lowville. New Yok State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Kellie A. Scott with one count each of Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Count of .08 of 1% or greater-Prior and Driving While Intoxicated -Previous Conviction within 10 years: both Class E felonies. Scott was released with an appearance ticket and the incident is pending investigation.
