  conditions could impact the Monday morning or evening commute.
FOR ONEIDA COUNTY-...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY EVENING THROUGH MONDAY EVENING... * WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 9 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Northern Oneida, Madison and Southern Oneida counties. * WHEN...From Sunday evening through Monday evening.* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snowfall rates are expected Sunday night into early Monday morning.
