Lowville Resident Accused of Felony D.W.I. and Unlicensed Operation
TOWN OF DIANA-A 34 year old Lowville resident is facing a felony D.W.I charge and an aggravated unlicensed operator charge following an early Saturday morning vehicle stop in the Town of Diana. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Kyle S. Sipos with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, a Class E felony; and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, a Class U misdemeanor. Sipos was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Diana Court at a later date. The incident was pending investigation as of press time.
