Lowville resident allegedly violated Lewis County Family Court Order of Protection, Police Chief says

LOWVILLE- A village resident is faced with a pair of charges that stem from complaints of a domestic incident this week, authorities say.

Kodi A. Sayers, 29, of Lowville, NY was arrested Wednesday afternoon by the Village Police Department. Sayers is officially charged with one misdemeanor count each of offering a false written statement and criminal contempt in the second-degree.

According to Chief of Police Daryl R. Ortlieb, Sayers allegedly violated a Lewis County Family Court issued Order of Protection, which was filed last month.

Sayers was issued with appearance tickets, which are returnable to Lowville Town Court at a later date.
