Lowville resident charged with intoxicated driving in Watertown, Troopers say

WATERTOWN- A Lewis County resident is accused of intoxicated driving in the city of Watertown, NY.

Kevin J. O’Brien, 39, of Lowville, NY was arrested on Wednesday night by the New York State Police (Watertown). O’Brien is formally charged with one count each of DWI (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC).

The arrest was made shortly before 10:00 p.m. that night.

At press time, police said that O’Brien was issued with an appearance ticket.
