Lowville voters say yes to school capital improvement project

LOWVILLE- The latest capital improvement project at Lowville Academy was given a thumbs up Tuesday night by voters, a final tally 277-174.

Highlights of the project include a new practice track for athletes, a new turf field, several improvements and upgrades to infrastructure and more.
