Lowville Woman Arrested for Larceny in the Town of Watertown

TOWN OF WATERTOWN-A 55 year old Lowville woman is facing a larceny from building charge in the Town of Watertown. New York State Police from the Watertown Barracks arrested Betty E. Silva on Thursday and charged her with one count of Petit Larceny, a Class A misdemeanor. Silva was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Watertown Court at a later date.
