Poland Man Arrested for D.W.I. in the Village of Poland

VILLAGE OF POLAND-A 52 year old Poland man is accused of D.W.I. following a Thursday one vehicle non injury accident at the intersection of South Main and Railroad Streets in the Village of Poland. State troopers from the Poland Barracks charged Wayne G. Proctor with one count each of Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% Alcohol or more in Blood-First Offense and D.W.I.-First Offense: Both Class U misdemeanors. Proctor was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges in the Village of Poland Court.
