LPD REMINDER: Overnight parking on village streets and most village parking lots is prohibited

LOWVILLE- The Village Police Department is reminding the public that there is no overnight parking (between the hours of 3:00 and 6:00 A.M.) on village streets and most village owned parking lots.

If your vehicle happens to be interfering with snow removal efforts, or is interrupting traffic flow, it will be towed at the owner's expense.

In addition, Chief of Police Daryl Ortlieb reminds village residents that it is the homeowner's (or tenants on the property) responsibility to tend to snow removal for sidewalks and fire-hydrants.
