Lyons Falls Man Jailed on Criminal Contempt Charge following a "Domestic Family Offense" incident
VILLAGE OF LYONS FALLS-A 25 year old Lyons Falls man was arrested on Friday for allegedly violating a court order. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Mitchell O. Fruin with one count of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree-Disobeying Court Order, a Class A misdemeanor. Fruin’s arrest status was listed as “held with no bail” as of Saturday morning.
