Lyons Falls Resident Facing "Assault" and Felony "Aggravated Family Offense" Charges
TOWN OF WEST TURIN-A 22 year old Lyons Falls resident was is accused of assault and felony aggravated Family Offense following an alleged domestic dispute that reportedly occurred in the Town of West Turin Thursday evening. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Taylor C. Andrews with one count each of Assault in the 3rd Degree, a Class A misdemeanor and Aggravated Family Offense, a Class E felony. Andrews was released on own recognizance and will answer the charges in the Town of West Turin Court at a later date. The incident is pending investigation.
