Carthage Man Facing Charges following Personal Injury Accident in the Village of Carthage
VILLAGE OF CARTHAGE-A 29 year old Carthage man is facing D.W.I. and other charges following a one car personal injury accident that occurred Friday evening in the Village of Carthage. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Timothy I. Baaker with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense, a Class U misdemeanor; Obstruction of Government Administration in the 2nd Degree, a Class A misdemeanor; and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st Degree-Alcohol, a Class E felony. Baaker was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges in the Town of Wilna Court at a later Date. The incident remain under investigation.
