Man driving truck in West Turin tractor trailer roll-over arrested for aggravated DWI; registered a .38% BAC during processing

WEST TURIN- Authorities say an arrest has been made in the wake of a tractor trailer rollover wreck last Tuesday in Lewis County.

Jose L. Sevilla, 41, of Fort Drum, NY is officially charged by the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office with counts of aggravated DWI and DWI.

It was shortly after 11:00 a.m. on October 18 when emergency responders were called out to the scene of a tractor trailer roll-over in the town of West Turin. It happened on State Route 26.

According to deputies, Sevilla failed field sobriety tests on scene and was taken in to the Public Safety Building. During processing, it’s reported that he registered a .38% BAC.

Sevilla was released on appearance tickets. There were no additional details provided.
