UPDATE: Missing Person in Herkimer County found deceased near his home

HERKIMER COUNTY- Mr. Jan L. Dager was found this afternoon by Troopers deceased in a wooded area approximately a half mile from his residence.

The scene appeared consistent with that of a natural death. 

When Dager was first reported missing, it was unknown which direction he may have gone.

The investigation is continuing.
