Mohawk Valley resident accused of criminal mischief in Floyd, Troopers say

FLOYD- A resident from the Mohawk Valley is faced with a charge stemming from a disturbance complaint last month in Oneida County, authorities say.

Logan E. Marek, 23, of Rome, NY was arrested and charged Tuesday morning by the New York State Police (Remsen). Marek is officially charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief in the fourth-degree.

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from an alleged disturbance in the town of Floyd, which was reported on the morning of November 28.

At press time, police said that Marek was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details available to report.
