TRENTON- A local resident is facing numerous charges in the wake of a reported disturbance this week in Oneida County, authorities say.
Devin J. Ossont, 26, of Remsen, NY was arrested Tuesday morning by the New York State Police (Remsen). Ossont is officially charged with one misdemeanor count each of criminal mischief in the fourth-degree, obstructing governmental administration in the second-degree and resisting arrest.
According to Troopers, the arrest stems from an alleged town of Trenton disturbance, which was reported only a few hours before the charges were filed.
At press time, Ossont’s arrest status was listed as ‘held.’
There were no further details provided to report.
