Lost Trail Snowmobile Club Groomer December 2025

Another riding season is underway in Northern New York and what a great start it has been!

Despite this current warm spell, several trail systems throughout the Northern Zone have been open since the conclusion of hunting season and the conditions have been pretty good!

Again, with that said, we have gone into a warm snap as of this report, so it would be safe to say that trail conditions, in general, have already changed or will change significantly.

Here are some of the latest reports we’ve gathered from around the local area:

NOTE: Conditions are likely and do tend to change on a moment’s notice. Be sure to keep checking our website for any updates (you can also check in with your favorite snowmobile clubs for more in-depth details).

Barnes Corners Sno-Pals: Early season conditions are prevalent; expect conditions to change.

Brantingham Snowmobile Club: Grooming is suspended; riders asked to stay off trail system.

Long Pond Sno Sled Club: Trails have been groomed, but be mindful of changing conditions.

Lost Trail Snowmobile Club: Groomers were active, but expect changing conditions.

Missing Link Snowmobile Club: Trails are CLOSED.

NOTICE: Local law enforcement and snowmobile club officials are warning all riders to obey any and all rules and regulations. Watch your speeds and remember to look out for and give right-of-way to groomers on the trails.
